NORTH CANAAN — Andrew Matthews, president of the Connecticut State Police Union, feels that no good can come of State Police plans for the consolidation of dispatch services, with emergency calls to Troop A in Southbury and Troop B in North Canaan going to an expanded communications center at Troop L in Litchfield.
