Winsted’s Morgan Campbell working toward Westminster

EDISON, N.J. — Winsted resident Morgan Campbell, 16, took home honors from the Bronx Kennel Club March 25, winning back-to-back best junior awards in dog shows with her dog, Bruze, a Terra-Blue Moonstone Black and Blue. Morgan needs just three more wins to qualify to show at the Westminster Kennel Club Show in New York City in February 2013.

It takes 15 points, including two majors (wins of three, four or five points) awarded by at least three different judges to become an American Kennel Club Champion of Record.
