MILLBROOK — Tuesday, March 20, marked the special election for the vacant New York State 103rd Assembly District seat between two Millbrook residents: Republican Richard Wager and Democrat Didi Barrett.

Both candidates have been on the campaign trail for the past few months hoping to win the seat that will represent the town of Washington and 21 other Dutchess and Columbia county municipalities in Albany. However, both candidates are going to have to wait for the official results before claiming victory.
