DOVER — Judy Marshall is finding success with her first novel, “Crazy: A True Love Story.” Marshall is a Dover resident; she’s the owner of the former Judy’s Flowers in Wassaic, which has evolved into the eclectic Hamlet Country Store, on Route 22.
