The NorthEast-Millerton Library served up a frozen sweet treat to readers young and old on Wednesday, Aug. 14, as part of the library’s intergenerational Book Explorers summer program. More than 30 children, parents and seniors attended the program held at 11 a.m. in the Senior Friendship Center in the library’s annex, according to the library’s youth services coordinator Kristin McClune.
