Pine Plains man admits to felony assault


PINE PLAINS — Pine Plains resident Jacob Wagoner Jr. admitted in court that he broke a woman’s jaw by punching her several times in the face and head during an argument on Friday, March 11.

Wagoner entered a guilty plea in Dutchess County Court to second-degree assault, which is a felony.
