NORFOLK — Co-directors Richard Dann and Robin Yuran have announced that the Norfolk Library is once again one of two five-star libraries in Connecticut, as rated in the November 2011 issue of Library Journal.
In the expenditure range of $200,000 to $399,999, Norfolk is one of only 10 five-star libraries in the country. Ratings are based on circulation, visits, program attendance and internet use, all per capita.
