Become a certified EMT in Millbrook

MILLBROOK — The Millbrook Rescue Squad (MRS) has been providing service to the village for more than 60 years. The volunteer service is part of the Millbrook Fire Department and has more recently offered paid services.

From Aug. 29 to Jan. 4 the Rescue Squad will offer a basic EMT class, where one can become a certified EMT after a 150 hours of class instruction, including lab instruction. This class will be offered Monday and Wednesday evenings with a few Saturdays, and no prior experience is necessary.
