SALISBURY — The youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dunston is in the Winsted hospital to be treated for blood poisoning in one of its arms.

 

SHARON — The commencement exercises of the Sharon High School will be held this week Thursday. A class of seven pupils will graduate.

SALISBURY — Mr. and Mrs. C.F. Wanger and Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Ball motored to Poughkeepsie on Sunday.

CANAAN — Roy Laffargue, Mrs. John Nicoll, Miss Marjorie Nicoll, Mrs. Ella Carter and Miss Gookins motored to the Adirondacks Sunday and visited John Nicoll.

LIME ROCK — Miss Lucille Dunn had the misfortune to fall down stairs recently and hurt herself quite badly.

 

SALISBURY — Jacob Fitting, who is working in Oyster Bay, spent Sunday with his family here.

 

LIME ROCK — Grandma Rowe is quite ill.

SALISBURY — Daniel Ashman received a present of a 35 pound Cod from L.J. Eggleston of Bath, Maine, on Wednesday.

Another snow storm struck town on Wednesday — Candlemas Day. The ground hog failed to see his shadow, perhaps he could not get out because his sidewalk was not shoveled.

LIME ROCK — Mrs. Dunn and son Joe of Falls Village were in town Sunday.

 

Master John Neville is now bell boy at the Wononsco House.

 

CHAPINVILLE — Miss Amelia Woodin is clerking at Clark & Dickinson’s store, Twin Lakes, for the summer.

SALISBURY — John Landon is the new clerk at G.H. Clark’s grocery store.
