Police Blotter: Winchester Police Dept.

The following information was provided by the Winchester Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Failure to appear
On Sept. 27 Tanya Fecto, 30, of Winchester was charged with failure to appear in the second degree. She was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on that same day.

The following information was provided by the Connecticut State Police at Troop B. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Disorderly conduct
On Sept. 26, John Plakowski, 26, of Naugatuck, Conn., was charged with disorderly conduct following Troop B’s investigation into an active disturbance in the area of Roma’s restaurant on Main Street in North Canaan. Polakowski was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on Sept. 27.
