Police Blotter: Troop B

The following information was provided by the Connecticut State Police at Troop B. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Firehouse theft
On Sept. 6 at approximately 11:30 pm. two individuals entered the Lakeville firehouse and removed items within the firehouse. Arrests are pending. Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area is urged to contact the Salisbury Resident Trooper.

Police Blotter: Winchester Police Dept.

The following information was provided by the Winchester Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Violation of a protective order
On Aug. 23 Douglas Allen, 48, of Winchester was charged with violation of a protective order and violation of conditions of release. He was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on Aug. 24.
