Police Blotter: Winchester Police Dept.

The following information was provided by the Winchester Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Larceny
On Nov. 19 Ryan Altman, 34, of Winsted was charged with larceny in the sixth degree. He was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on Dec. 4.

On Nov. 19 Seth Knox, 28, of Winchester was charged with larceny in the sixth degree. He was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Police Blotter: Troop B

The following information was provided by the Connecticut State Police at Troop B. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 
 
Traveling too fast
On Nov. 28 at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Beaver Dam Road in Salisbury a 2003 Chevrolet K1500 driven by Hallie Chandler, 18, of Salisbury traveled off of the right shoulder of the snow-covered road and struck a tree. No injuries were reported.  Chandler was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for the conditions.
