Operating under suspension
On May 26 Teshaun Hutchinson, 22, of Hartford was charged with operating under suspension and failure to obey a traffic signal. He was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on May 30.

On May 20 John Lemere, 58, of Winsted was charged with improper use of marker, operating without insurance and failure to renew his registration. He was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on June 4.

On May 16 Sue Ann Henry, 38, of Winchester was charged with larceny in the third degree regarding an outstanding arrest warrant. She was scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court on that same day.
